Does anyone know of a charity for animals in Hertfordshire, England, which like hay, straw, etc.,?

I recently lost my Guinea pig and I have big bags of hay and straw and two carriers of small animals (cat size) and bowls, etc. I prefer to give to a charity to rescue animals that give them on Freecycle but everyone seems to want things for cats and dogs not small animals. They will have to receive or be easily accessible by public transport
